A historic mill where Spartanburg lives, works and eats.
Drayton Mills is a nationally renowned historic restoration: a 1902 textile mill reborn as the Drayton Mills Marketplace, 289 luxury loft apartments, and offices for businesses that want more character than an office park.
Two ways to put your business inside the mill.
Brick, heavy timber and 17-foot windows, surrounded by restaurants, a gym and hundreds of residents. Locally owned and managed, so lease answers come in days, not quarters.

A nationally renowned historic restoration project.
Drayton Mills spun cotton on Spartanburg's east side for most of the twentieth century. Its rebirth as lofts, marketplace and offices earned the 2018 Honor Award from the Governor of South Carolina, the S.C. Department of Archives and History and Preservation South Carolina — one of the state's highest honors for historic preservation — and Novogradac's 2018 Non-Residential Major Community Impact award.
Today the campus is one walkable neighborhood: live in the lofts, eat and shop at the Marketplace, and run your business in between.
